Finally Got Our Heat or Gas Back. by gaillav2006 on Blogster

Good Morning all. I got the gas turned back on Yesterday. I got to get 3 loads of wash done. Today yes already I folded and put them away. I now have the boy's bedding in washing.My bed is stripped. I pulled all the clothes from my room out. And man is my day going to be full of washing. I will not rest until it is all done and put away.

I don't know if I said anything but I picked up a new hobby. I am crocheting it helps to calm me and center me. I have already made 3 blankets. One for Matt,one for MIL and one for Hunter. I have three more going right now. I have 2 more to get fav colors on. These are going to be X-Mas presents. I just hope I wont disappoint myself in getting them done. I don't have money so I am making presents. I really don't think the kids will like them cause they aren't toys. But when it gets cold out they will have something warm to wrap up in.

Next I am going to attempt to make a scarf for Matthew. I don't think it will be hard to make.I still don't know how to read a pattern. If any one knows can they please help me? I get confused in the way they are writing.

I have dinner going in the crock pot since last night.I am attempting to make a roast. I still have to add potatoes and carrots.I hope it turns out alright.

I have to go and switch out wash.

[HEART] I am so happy you have heat now! I am also making Christmas presents for my family. there just isn't enough money to buy things as gifts. I am STILL working on my laundry. [LOL]

[THUMBUP]Yeah,you have your gas on.I don't know what I am going to do for Christmas presents.Probably pick up a few things at the Dollar Store.It's the thought that counts,right?As far as crocheting,I am clueless. [HUH]Laundry just keeps on coming my way too.[THUMBDOWN][TONGUE][LOL]Laurie

Homemade presents are the best kind. Your kids may not appreciate them now (because they're not toys), but they'll love them in the years to come. [THUMBUP] Glad to hear your heat has finally been turned back on! Take care. [HEART]

Glad you've got heat and a new hobby! I can crochet a little, but I can't follow written directions and I need someone to show me "how" to make something other than a blanket! LOL!
